I recently worked out that I was genderfluid and I've come out to everyone. My parents aren't too happy, they are a bit homophobic, but they don't really mind what I do with my life. One thing they won't do is get me a binder, and I don't have any money to buy one myself. I don't want to do anything dangerous and bad for me, does anyone have any advice on how to bind without a binder safely?

so, what I find works best is that you take a smaller tank top and fold it over your chest so it looks more like pectorals.
Make sure, if you use a binder, get a proper one! Don't use a binder from Amazon or EBay. Don't bind for over 8 hours but you have to listen to your body and if you feel too achy, you're out of breath or you get a cough you need to take the binder off! Remember to stretch before and after binding! Good luck dude!
A sports bra a size smaller then normal and then put a best top on over top also a size smaller but fold the bottom of the best top to the top so you dubul it up good luck be safe 💗💗
There are sites where you can get free binders - I think second hand? In A Bind and The Big Brothers Binder Program offer free ones. Otherwise you can wear a sports bra and then a backwards tank top folded up over your chest? Idk if that makes sense sorry..There aren't many ways to bind safely without a binder so be careful :)
