It's about 3:40 am here and I'm freaking out. I'm not sure why. I feel really jumpy and my heart is racing. I keep shaking. I don't know what to do bc I'm the only one up and I don't want to wake everyone up, but I feel like I'm going crazy. I've tried breathing deeply, counting to 10, and everything else. Does anyone have any idea how I can calm down? Sry for the rant.

Maybe the 5-4-3-2-1 coping technique. Its suppose to help ground you mind when your having anxiety. Maybe that can help. It usually helps me. Just name 5 things you can see right now. Then name 4 things you can touch right now. Then 3 things you can hear right now. Then name 2 things you can smell right now. Lastly name one thing you can taste right now. I hope this is helpful to you in anyway.
